Adding Activities to a Change Request

Not all information is always available at the time the change request is created. When more information is gathered or additional actions are performed in evaluating or processing the change request, the activities, such as customer/supplier communication and meetings, can be tracked by adding activities to the Change Request record.

  1. From the Change Request record, click the Activity tab.
  2. Click Action > Add.
  3. Enter a comment about the activity.
  4. Click the Save button.
    Result: The activity has been added to the Change Request record.
